Join Our Team!

Camp Via West’s mission is to grow great campers and staff. We do this by offering you opportunities to learn and grow while you are with us. Our camp program focuses on engaging youth and adult campers in meaningful, inclusive activities. Staff and campers alike enjoy life-changing experiences through their connection with each other and the environment. Join the team today and make an impact on yourself and the campers you interact with.

Summer Camp Opportunities

Our Summer Camp positions are paid positions that include housing and meals. Create lasting friendships, gain relevant work experience, and most of all have FUN! Excursions are provided during selected days off to explore California and beyond. We also provide rejuvenating and fun activities on site during the other days off to help recharge and prepare for the next group of campers.

Year-round Opportunities

Join our team to provide a meaningful camp experience all year round at our Weekend Camps! Meals and housing are provided over the weekend. This is a flexible, on call position that allows you to choose which weekend programs you want to attend based on your availability.
